No-Knead Bread


Last Sunday Supper Club, Michele made this yummy No-Knead Bread.
I made it last week. It turned out great and I know I messed up on a few of the steps. The recipe is very forgiving.

Yes, Jennifer, I just sent the recipe to a friend who is afraid of doing it. I told her I'd screwed it up in every possible way (including thinking I completely deflated it while plopping it into the pan) and it had always turned out. I can't believe that it's just flour, water, salt, and a tiny bit of yeast! The miracle of yeast and time.
