Rising Moon Ravioli

I like to pick up the Rising Moon pastas when they are on sale at Huckleberry’s. Last night Tory and I tried the Garlic and Mozzarella Ravioli. We tossed it with olive oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and fresh cracked pepper. It was a very quick and tasty meal.
